一. 用途
本设备用于试验产品在热空气的环境下模拟运行,以评估该产品工作品质.

三. 设备工作原理﹑结构及材质
1. 工作原理
本设备采用平衡调温法（BTC）,既在系统在连续工作的情况下，控制系统根据设定之温度点通过PID自动运算输出的结果去控制加热器的输出量，最终达到一种动态平衡。
2.设备结构
(1) 试验箱箱体为整体结构形式，换气加热系统位于箱体后下部，控制系统位于试验箱的右侧面。
(2)工作室左右端的风道夹层内，分布加热器、风叶等装置,试验箱为单开门，采用编织石棉条密封。
(3)箱门上设有观察窗.
(4)试验工装夹具按装在圆型转盘上合适的位置.
3.设备材质.
(1)工作室内壁采用SUS304不锈钢板加工成型.
(2)外壳采用优质冷轧板加工成型，表面静电喷粉处理。
(3)保温隔热层采用超细保温棉.
(4) 采用数显温度控制器,对箱内所需温湿度进行检测和控制，加热执行元件采用SSR固态继电器。
(5)不锈钢翅电加热器
(6) 专用电机、轴流风扇

五. 设备配制及结构特点
1.空气循环装置：内置循环风道及长轴通风机进行有效的热交换，达到实现温度变化之目的，热空气水平流动循环，改善试验箱的温度均匀性,通过出风口可调风栓的调节及强制换风，从而调节换气量.
2.采用数显温度控制器,控制精度高,可靠性能好, 显示分辨率0.1℃,控制模式为恒定温度试验.
3. 圆型转盘试样架,可悬挂标准和非标准试样.
4.安全保护措施:
(1)工作室超温保护,风机过流保护
(2)电源缺相、加热器漏电保护
六. 保质期和技术服务
1.整机为1年的保修服务，终身服务。在保修期内出现各类故障卖方及时免费维修服务，对非人为造成的各类零件损坏，及时免费更换。（保修期外维修收取工本费用）,提供设备的电气原理图、易耗件明细表、操作维护手册等技术资料，并提供主要外购配套件的技术资料。
